Curcumin | 29x Higher Absorption

This is a great "upgraded" curcumin supplement. It's a blend of curcumin extract, plus quercetin, bromelain, and turmeric powder. It's a good general health supplement as well as providing relief of inflammation.I take 2-3 capsules per day, and so far, it seems to be working okay for me although the inflammation-reducing effects are more subtle than I was hoping for.The formulation itself is good, though the addition of turmeric powder is more of a filler ingredient, as curcumin extract is really the most effective ingredient in this product when it comes to pain relief. Overall - it's a nice blend of different ingredients, but it wouldn't be my first choice of a curcumin supplement.

This supplement has a really good blend of ingredients that help me manage my knee pain. It is great quality and highly absorbed. I am taking this as part of a comprehensive approach to pain management, including therapeutic exercises and modalities, and I have confidence in this helping. These pills are easy to take. The daily recommended dosage consists of three pills, which makes sense when you see their size - I think they specifically limited the size of the pills to make them easier to swallow than other pills on the market. Not quite as big as fish oil pills but larger than others I've seen.

Curcumin is one of the best supplements you can take and there have even been books written about the benefits of taking this and results obtained. And Cucumin in the Phytosome nanoparticle delivery system makes it even better. Add to the mix Organic Turmeric Root Powder, Quercetin, Ginger & Bromelain, (all excellent for health) and you have even a much better supplement complex. I also like the fact that the maker of this product does give you the individual ingredient breakdown by mg of each component letting you the consumer know what you are taking to help make a better informed decision about the product. I say that because I just got through reviewing a 5 part Magnesium complex supplement that did not do that, had an unfavorable type magnesium in it and hyped up the product without any support data as with this product. This is the type supplement I like and give it my 5 star rating.

When I try a new bottle of capsules, I like to open one and take a look at the content and see if the capsule is well filled to the max. Well, I didn't have to do all this with these Curcumin Capsules, since they are transparent. This gives me peace of mind. Also, I like that they provide higher absorption. Before taking these capsules I was adding Curcumin to my meals, but I started getting bored of having everything taste the same. These capsules are phenomenal and practical to get Curcumin and Turmeric in my diet, simple and easy.
