Returns & Refunds
At Natural Approach, we want customers to feel confident when trying our products. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a refund under our 60-day return and refund policy.
60-Day Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the date your order is delivered.
Eligible refunds are limited to the purchase price of a one-month supply of each product, with a maximum refund amount of $100 per order.
This policy is intended to give customers the opportunity to try a product for one month. It does not apply to bulk quantities of the same item beyond a single month’s supply.
Orders With Multiple Quantities
If your order includes more than one unit of the same product, refund eligibility is limited to the equivalent of one month’s supply of that product.
For example, if you purchase multiple bottles of the same product, only one bottle or one month’s supply may qualify for a refund under this policy.
Orders With Multiple Products
If your order includes different products, each product may be eligible for a refund up to one month’s supply per product.
The total refund issued for a single order will not exceed $100, regardless of the number of products purchased.
Returns
Physical returns are not required for refund requests submitted under this policy.
To request a refund, please contact our support team and include your order information along with a brief explanation of your experience with the product.
Shipping & Handling
For any shipped product that is refunded or returned, Natural Approach reserves the right to deduct or charge a shipping and handling fee at its discretion.
Original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
How to Request a Refund
To begin a refund request, please email us at support@naturalapproach.co within 60 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, the product you are requesting a refund for, and a short note about your experience.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available in your account.
Subscription Orders
For subscription purchases, this policy applies only to eligible products within the 60-day delivery window and the refund limits described above.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund previous shipments. To request a refund for a subscription order, please contact us at support@naturalapproach.co within 60 days of delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your shipment after it arrives. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@naturalapproach.co so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
Limitations
Refunds may be refused, reduced, or limited if:
- The request is made more than 60 days after delivery
- The order exceeds the one-month supply limit
- Multiple units of the same product were purchased and the request exceeds one month’s supply
- The $100 refund cap per order has already been reached
- The request falls outside the purpose of this policy
- The policy appears to be misused or abused
