What a game changer! I thought interstitial cystitis had ruined me for coffee, spaghetti sauce, and many other things. But this stuff has healed my bladder! I still have to use common sense when I eat or drink trigger foods, but at least I am healed of the inflammation cycle. Definitely worth a try if you’re stuck!
