Magnesium Complex with Glycinate, Malate, and Taurate (90 Capsules)

I've tried probably 3 or 4 different magnesium supplements because I kept reading how good it is for sleep. Every single one gave me digestive issues. I'm starting to realize it was probably because they contained magnesium citrate.This one is completely different. Been taking it for a little over a week now and zero stomach problems. I take two capsules about an hour before bed and I'm definitely falling asleep easier. Not like a sleeping pill, but I feel more relaxed and I'm not lying there scrolling my phone for 45 minutes anymore.The other thing is I wasn't expecting is I used to get annoying calf cramps at night, especially after the gym. Haven't had one since I started taking this.Honestly feels like a more premium product than the cheap stuff I was buying before. The capsules are a decent size but easy enough to swallow. Worth trying if you've had issues with other magnesium supplements.

This magnesium complex has been easy on my stomach. I have not had the usual issues I get with some other forms of magnesium. I like that it uses glycinate malate and taurate instead of citrate or oxide. The capsules are a reasonable size so they are easy for me to swallow. I usually take it in the evening and it seems to help me unwind. My sleep feels a bit deeper and I wake up less stiff. My muscles feel less jumpy at night which I really appreciate. The 90 capsule bottle lasts a while so I am not reordering constantly. For a daily magnesium supplement this one has worked very well for me.

These require 3 pills to be a full dose, and it's not even 100% of your daily magnesium. This to me is a benefit, because I can bump up or bump down my supplementation, depending on what kind of activities I did that day or what kind of muscular support I want to give myself.What I'm loving, off label, is 2 in the morning and 2 at night. It helps me process any soreness from activities the day before, so that I just feel really good throughout the day, and it helps me feel nice and ready for bed when it's time to wind down.They're digesting really well for me too. With and without food, it's easy on my stomach.

We always take magnesium supplements that promote sleep and relaxation before bed, and this is a really good product. It's been a while since we've been taking it, so we are both aware of the effects of taking and not taking it.This is a good quality product that's been maintaining the same level of sleep support we are used to so I do recommend it if this is something you already take or are considering.

This magnesium glycinate is probably the best I have tried by far. I have tried many brands but none have had the high absorption rate as this brand. I think the difference for me is that it is fully chelated meaning it allows the magnesium to easily absorb into the body. I looked around at the other brands I was buying and they did not say that on the bottles. The price is easily comparable to other brands. You do need to take 3 capsules. For many this may be an issue, for me it is not. I use these for anxiety and for sleeping at night. I have tried gummies and felt they stopped working. I feel that these worked rather quickly and was pleasantly surprised. I am very satisfied with this product. I do love that this product is manufactured in the USA.
